Fitnesse Trimmers and Shapers are designed to us your own bodies temperature to your advantage. Whether sitting still , walking, running, yogo or running errands your body heat is retained and directed back to your target areas resulting in a wearable sauna effect. However for optimal result we recommend increased heart rate and increased body temperature.

Our Trimmers are made with extra-thick, latex-free, top-quality Neoprene.

While you can use Sweat Enhancer Creme in the sauna, we do not recommend you wear your Waist Trimmer or Waist Shaper in the sauna.

Best practices for cleaning the Fitnesse Waist Trimmer. After daily use of the trimmers should be followed by wiping the neoprene side of the trimmer with a dry cloth. Then, wipe clean and set out to dry.

1. Use a warm wet towel or washcloth. Push gently down and wipe to remove any remaining oil, sweat enhancer creme, or other moisture.

2. Allow to thoroughly air dry after each use. Avoid extended periods of moisture in enclosed spaces to prevent bacterial growth.

3. Do not use any type of conditioner or fabric softener as this will take away from the velcro stick. We recommend deep washing the trimmer after multiple uses, with light soap and water vs a simple wipe down. With frequent use, your Waist Shaper and Waist Trimmer will last 6-8 months. Can last up to one year with less frequent use.

While you can use Sweat Enhancer Creme in the sauna, we do not recommend you wear your Waist Trimmer or Waist Shaper in the sauna.
