Return Policy

Your customer satisfaction is key. We offer a no quibble exchange policy providing you return your garment unworn in the item's original condition and packaging. In the unlikely event you decide the product isn't for you we offer you full peace of mind when ordering and would provide you a full refund against your purchase (None sale items only) Exchanges and refunds are to be made within 14 days of receipt of your purchase if the product you received is the incorrect size or unsuitable. Please contact us at support@Fitnesseapparel.com with your order number, full name and the product and size that you require. Exchanges will be issued once we have received the returned item in its original packaging and condition.

Sale items

Sale items can be exchanged for another item of the same value, providing the item is returned unworn in its original condition.

Faulty Items

If the received item is faulty, please email us at support@Fitnesseapparel.com. Please quote your order number and full name together with details of the product and the fault. We will then provide advice on how to return your item. Please note that you must return faulty goods within 14 days of receipt.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty. If returning items you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to accept responsibility for returned items without proof of postage. Incorrect Items

If you have received an incorrect order please email support@Fitnesseapparel.com, quoting your name address and order number together with details of the item received and the item ordered and we will make arrangements for the correct delivery and collection of your items.
